Q: I work in a school/college/summer camp/educational facility and want to purchase a Site License for my lab/IT suite.

A: Please click here and put Site License in the title. We'll get back to you with pricing details and info on how to proceed.

Q: I work in a school/college/summer camp/educational facility and want to upgrade my GM6 Site License to GM7.

A: Version 6 Site License may currently be upgraded for free; please click here and fill in the details of your school address, GM6 key, and how many seats your license was for and we'll get back to you with a GM7 code and installation details.

Q: How do I buy GM7 Pro ?

A: First you must be signed up to YoYo Games and have verified your account via a confirmation email. Then go here and make your purchase.

Q: When I try to buy GM7 the Purchase page will not load

A: You need to have your firewall turned off and cookies enabled. If you still experience trouble try downloading IE7.

Q: I have purchased GM7 Pro but do not have an Activation Code

A: The Purchase Reference generated when you bought GM7 is in fact your Activation Code. If you haven't noted it down or received a confirmation email please retrieve it via our helpdesk

Q: How do I upgrade from GM6 to GM7?

A: We're still upgrading from GM6 for free: you need to be signed up to the site and then click here to submit your details. If the database doesn't recognise your GM6 key you will need to fill out an error form and your key will be checked manually. Please note: if you have submitted a form and still not had a response please accept our apologies and remain patient - We're still getting through the queries as we were swamped by illegally generated or simply made up keys...tsk tsk

Q: I bought GM7 Pro and after a time the software reverted to Lite mode

A: Please email support@softwrap.com with these errors, including information about your computer and setup - they're very responsive

Q: How do I install GM7 Pro on a 2nd or 3rd computer with my GM7 free upgrade activation code?

A: Download GM7 Lite to the PC, run the program and click on the 'Enter Activation Code' tab, then choose the 'Reinstall Existing License' option and here you may enter your details. Remember to put 'YOY' as License Holder and 'UPG-*********' as Purchase Reference

Q: Having bought GM7 Pro, how do I install it on a 2nd or 3rd computer?

Q: I want to install my GM7 Pro on a computer that is not connected to the internet

A: We have an offline activation system up and running; please message us with 'Offline Activation' in the subject line and we will send all the info you need

Q: When I run GM7 Lite and click on 'Enter Activation Code' the page won't load

A: You probably need to disable your firewall and enable cookies. If you still experience trouble try downloading Firefox, Opera, or IE7

Q: What is going on?

A: First, welcome to YoYo Games! YoYo Games is a social site built up around a gaming community that is hooked on Playing, Making and Sharing games made with our Game Maker product. Game Maker is a free tool that allows you to create your own games easily.

Q: How do I Upload a game

A: First you must be a community member to upload a game, so you'll need to register here if you haven't already. Once you have created a login then go to Share and fill in your game details and upload your game file. Don't forget to think carefully about the tags you set against your game - this is what the community will use to search and find your game.

Q: Can I change my email address?

A: Yes, but you will need to request an admin to do this for you through our helpdesk.

Q: What should my End User Licence Agreement (EULA) look like?

A: We have created a Sample EULA in the wiki for you to follow. Please remember that this is only a sample - you should read it carefully and make any changes you think are necessary.
