It’s time! Our expert panel has selected their fifteen finalists for the 2023 GameMaker Awards, and now, you get to crown this year’s winners!

Choosing finalists for the GameMaker Awards gets harder every year, so before we reveal our final fives, we'd like to offer a huge thank you to the GameMaker community for submitting so many high-quality titles, and for getting involved with the competition on #GMAwards.

The public vote for the 2023 GameMaker Awards closes on August 30th. Without any further ado, let's introduce the finalists:

BEST GAME

• FAITH: The Unholy Trinity by Airdorf Games - Struggle against demons, insane cultists, and your own weakening faith.

• Slave Zero X by Poppy Works - Slash your way th.rough a dystopian future in this 2.5D action game, set in the biopunk world of Slave Zero.
• Turnip Boy Robs a Bank by Snoozy Kazoo - Turnip Boy is back, and this time, he’s teaming up with the Pickled Gang to execute the weirdest heist of all time.

• Run Bun Bun Run by jman-001 studio - Help Bun Bun escape a seemingly bottomless trap by jumping up the platforms. Don’t stop moving!
